Schools welcome principals for 2010-2011 school year
Many Catholic elementary and high schools in the diocese are welcoming new principals for the 2010-2011 school year.
Presentation School, Sacramento: Dominican Sister Maximilian Marie, a member of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist.
St. Catherine of Siena School, Vallejo: Susan Kealy, who most recently served as vice principal of Notre Dame School in
Vacaville.
St. Thomas the Apostle School, Oroville: James Stefaniak, who most recently served as a teacher at the school and is a U.S. Air Force officer.
St. Mary School, Sacramento: Larry White, who most recently served as assistant principal and a teacher at St. Mary School since 2004.
Holy Cross College Preparatory Academy, West Sacramento: Julieta Mendoza, who previously served as a teacher and principal in the Woodland Joint Unified School District.
Sacred Heart School, Red Bluff: Leslie Trujillo, who previously served at the former Bishop Quinn High School in Palo Cedro.
St. Joseph School, Redding: Ericka Allio, who has served at the school for 30 years as the second grade teacher.
Sacred Heart School, Anderson: Darlene Lopez, who most recently served as chair of the religious studies department and campus minister at St. Bernard High School in Playa del Rey, Calif.
St. Patrick’s SUCCEED Academy, Sacramento: Laura Allen, former principal of St. Mary School in Sacramento for 11 years.
Holy Spirit School, Sacramento: Fran Wise, who recently served as principal of John Paul II School in Sacramento.
Notre Dame School, Chico: Terri Sobieralski, principal of Sacred Heart School in Red Bluff for the past six years.
Cristo Rey High School, Sacramento: Joanne Castrovovo, who most recently served as a teacher and Christian service director at Jesuit High School in Carmichael and has been part of the administration and faculty at Cristo Rey since 2008.
