On January 9, 2005, about 200 members of the Diocesan Synod reconvened for the promulgation of the Synod pastoral initiatives at St. Isidore Parish in Yuba City. Above, Bishop William K. Weigand signs the Synod decree of promulgation. Sister Eileen Enright, director of synod preparation, and Father Sylvester McDermott, chancellor, also signed the historical document. |
