Parish Self-assessment Questionnaire
In 2005, the Diocese developed and carried out several activities throughout the year to help parishes implement the Synod initiatives within their individual parish communities. Following is a self-assessment questionnaire that was developed and administered in parishes to help them evaluate their current programs as they relate to the Synod initiatives.
A follow-up Accountability Report (PDF) was created based on the responses to help parishes act on the findings and establish objectives for the coming years.
