Retreat Centers
A retreat provides an opportunity to withdraw for a time from the ordinary activity of life “to be” with the Lord. Jesus, himself, withdrew in prayer and fasting for forty days in preparation for his public ministry. In the Diocese of Sacramento we are blessed with retreat centers which offer a variety of retreat opportunities: preached, directed and private.
